This service primarily focuses on providing opportunities for NDIS participants to engage in activities within a group setting. These activities are often designed to encourage social interaction, skill development, and community engagement.

Rajesh is an experienced registered nurse and worked in various clinical areas including acute postoperative clinical settings. Rajesh serves as a Director at Model Care Pty. Ltd. Rajesh has been working in the Nursing sector for more than 15 years in various roles and positions. Rajesh started working as a disability/community support worker, also worked as aged care worker and recreational activity officer in an aged care facility. Rajesh has learned and experienced the real need and the support needs of the people with disability and their families. He heard so many stories and the pain shared by patients and their families/carers. Rajesh has broader knowledge about working with children, care for people with Acquired Brain Injury, various Autism Spectrum and Intellectual Disability. Rajesh excels at delivering client care while leading, guiding, and supporting other staff to complete all tasks efficiently and on time. He is a compassionate nurse with solid judgment and proven problem-solving skills and a demonstrated capability to handle stressful situations. Rajesh not only holds proven clinical skills and knowledge, but he also has excellent leadership and management skills.
